How much does it cost to have a consultant come to our facility and prepare a proposal?

Because The Top In Sound, Inc. covers a large geographical area we have to deal with each opportunity on an individual basis. keep in mind that we are not trying to profit from consulting with our potential clients but only cover the expenses we incur traveling to the consult. We do have a policy of reimbursing the customer any charges relating to the initial consult if and when the customer contracts The Top In Sound, Inc. to design and install a technologies system.

Will your proposal be written or verbal?

All of our proposals are in written format.

Once we have a proposal, how long will you guarantee the price?

All written proposals and quotations have a 30-day expiration. After the 30-days has expired you will need to call and inquire about a possible price change. The only reason The Top In Sound, Inc. needs to change a price is when a manufacturer has a price change.

Do you show us how to use the new equipment?

The Top In Sound, Inc. includes training with all of the systems we design and build.

Do you offer warranties on your equipment?

The Top In Sound, Inc. honors all manufacturers warranties as well as offering a One Year Standard Guarantee on all workmanship of systems installed by our professional technicians.

What if something needs repair or replacement?

The Top In Sound, Inc. honors all manufacturers warranties and replacement policies. If a product installed by The Top In sound, Inc. should fail under normal use within the products manufactures warranty time period The Top In Sound, Inc. shall work with the manufacture to insure the problem is dealt with as quickly as possible.

If a new component, sold and installed by The Top In Sound, Inc. fails to perform or has been damaged under normal operation and conditions during the one year warranty period, and that same component is needed to be removed from the system for repair, a courtesy loaner component of similar function may be provided at the discretion of The Top In Sound, Inc. for the duration of the repair time. The loaner unit may be provided at no cost to the customer during the one-year warranty period. However, labor and shipping costs are subject to be charged to the customer. If a component fails to perform or has been damaged under any conditions after the warranty period has expired, and that same component needs to be removed form the system for repair, a rental component unit of similar function may be provided for the duration of the repair time. Rental and repair costs as well as labor and shipping costs would be charged to the customer.

Can I get toll-free telephone support?

Yes, The Top In Sound, Inc. offers free telephone support during normal business hours with all of our system installations.

Do we have to buy everything at once or can we add to the system, as money is available?

We can put together a system package that involves installing a system in phases. As always this may not work for all of our customers therefore this is dealt with on an individual basis.

We have all new people; can you do a training session for the new people?

Yes. You can schedule an additional training session as many times as needed. Any training needed not included in the system package is subject to being charged. We do recommend you videotape the initial training session for reference as well as new comers.

Our settings have gotten messed up; can you reset and re-calibrate the equipment?

Yes. We have no problem making sure your system is at its peek performance; however any calibration needed due to customer interference with the system processing equipment and its settings shall be dealt with as a normal service call.

Our facility was struck by lighting, do you work with the insurance companies to repair and replace our system?

We have had the opportunity to work with a number of different insurance companies in our over 25 years of doing business. If you are in this situation do not hesitate to give us a call.
